

Angeline Helen Farrell (nee Politz) passed away on May 6th, 2026, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Eugene Vincent Farrell; Devoted mother of Eugene Vincent Farrell Jr. and wife Diane, the late twin newborns Jean Ellen and Dorothy Patricia, the late Ellen Marie Krach Farrell, Frank Patrick Farrell and wife Sandy, Jane Ann Stefan and husband Tim, Kenneth Farrell and wife Maureen, Beth Ann Tapolyai and husband Gergely; Loving grandmother of Kenneth Farrell Jr., Jessica Trout, Kevin Farrell, Candace Farrell, Garrett Stefan, Laura Farrell, Michael Farrell, Ryan Farrell, Katie Ross, Garth Stefan, Gabrielle Merwin, and Grant Stefan; Cherished great-grandmother of seventeen.
Dear sister of Patrick Politz and Joanne O’Leary; She is proceeded in death by her parents Patsy and Dorothy Politz and siblings Anna Marie Arnone, Dorothy Gugoff, John “Butch” Politz, and Leo Politz. Angeline is also survived by many extended family and friends.
After raising her children Angie chose to attend nursing school. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse and with determination received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She loved working with the newborns in Labor and Delivery. She adored her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Whether it was camping, shopping or celebrating around the pool memories were always being made. She and her husband Gene became avid skiers. They traveled home and abroad with family and friends. Angie thrived when she was able to take care of others so she returned to school and earned her Masters Degree. She entered the field of Home Nursing and was able to utilize her skills daily. Angie eventually entered the local school system as a nurse and after several years eventually retired and continued to travel extensively when the opportunity arose.
A visitation will take place at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., located at 610 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air, MD 21014 on Thursday, May 14th, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM with a memorial service to commence at 12:00 PM. Interment will be held at St. Joseph Church Cemetery of Fullerton. Location of repass for family and friends will be announced.
