Beverly Ann Dietz, age 87, born September 21, 1937 in Baltimore MD, passed away on April 17, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. The youngest of fifteen children to Mary And William Cavey and wife to Grafton G. Dietz Sr. for 57 wonderful years.
Beverly is survived by her son, Grafton G. Dietz Jr. (and wife Stephanie S. Dietz). MomMom to Cherie Griffin (and husband Jay), Erin Brown, Stephanie Wright (and husband Ryan), Samuel Dietz, and Sara Dietz. Great-MomMom to Chelsea Edge (and husband Bradley), Haley McLamb (and husband Brandon), Aubrey Griffin, Allie Griffin, Crosby Brown, Benjamin Wright, Theodore Brown, Hayes Wright, and Sidney Wright.
Beverly spent her days bowling in the local league, camping with the Happy Travelers, watching reality television, and spending time with her son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and dogs. Bev will be remembered by all as a loving, generous, and dependable MomMom that lived with and helped raise her grand and great-grandchildren throughout North Carolina and Maryland.
Friends and family may gather to celebrate Bev's incredible life at 12:30 PM on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, followed by a memorial service at 1:00 PM.
