Bonnie E. Schafer, age 78, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. She was the beloved wife of William R. Schafer; loving mother of Scott Schafer and his wife Becky, Amy(Schafer)Pitarra and her husband Mark; dear sister of Donna Burke and Carroll Waltz; adoring grandmother of Claire, Madison, Alexandra, Ryan, and Isaac.
A receiving of friends for Bonnie will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, followed by a memorial service from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
