Bruce was the devoted father of Michael Shiloh and his wife, Ryland, Emily Shiloh, and Nikki Wedemeyer; cherished grandfather of Cole, Grady, and Nathan; loving former spouse of Laura Shiloh; dear brother of Leonard Shiloh and his wife, Donna; and a beloved uncle, friend, and mentor to many. Beloved son of the late Leonard and Shirley Shiloh.
Bruce proudly served the citizens of Baltimore for 27 years as a firefighter with the Baltimore City Fire Department, retiring with the rank of Captain in fire investigations. He dedicated his career to protecting others, leading with courage, integrity, and compassion. The friendships he built throughout the department remained among his most treasured.
Outside of the firehouse, Bruce embraced life with enthusiasm. He had a lifelong passion for golf and could often be found on the course enjoying the game and the camaraderie it brought. Bruce was an avid fan of classic American muscle cars and prized his 1967 Chevy Nova. He also loved playing softball and bowling, creating countless memories with friends and family. Music was always close to his heart, and he especially loved listening to Pink Floyd, whose songs often provided the soundtrack to his life. He always made sure to share these passions with his children. Bruce always found joy in the people around him and brought laughter to the time they shared.
