What a wonderful person. We instantly enjoyed Chuck and Linda when we moved into Unit 405. He and my husband had a lot in common and hit it off right away. He is kind, funny and so knowledgeable about everything. RIP! We will miss you.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Chuck for a short period of time. During that short time, Chuck was able to grab the bull by the horns and lead his condominium association, as association president, into the future. Through small issues and large projects, Chuck was persistent, professional, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time we had working together. He will be remembered and missed.

Who would have thought when our neighbors moved into 306, we would become fast friends so quickly. He would stop what he was doing to lend us a hand; always ready, willing, and eager. But Chuck's first priority was his family..he was a gentle, kind, and loving husband and pop-pop. He had the gift of gab, but was reserved when you first met him. We will miss his presence every time we pull into the parking lot where he was truly at his home away from home. Rest in peace my friend 🙏💔🙏

I was so saddened to hear of Chuck's passing. We have been friends for a long time. Chuck was always such a good husband and father and grandfather--he was kind and gentle with a great sense of humor. He will be sorely missed. Love and prayers to the family. Marsha Brett

Poppop I will love you forever may you Rest In Peace❤️ I won’t forget the many words we shared, boogie boarding at the beach, and how you prepared me as a man. Your last wish for me was to see me go to college and I will fulfill that last wish! I will make you proud and live up to life the way you wanted me to. You were my one and only poppop and I will forever cherish the memories we shared. Love- Brad

I thoroughly enjoyed the conversations we would have at Friday Happy Hours. We would discuss world events and than move on to trivia.,he was very knowledgeable with both. I will miss Chuck, a gentleman and a true friend.

Although I didn’t know Chuck very long, I will remember him as a very enjoyable Canasta partner and opponent at time. May he rest is peace. He was a fine person.
