On January 19, 2022 C. Joyce Rogers (nee Klatt) passed away. She was the beloved wife of William C. "Bill" Rogers, Jr.; devoted mother of Cheryl Rogers ILL and her husband Todd, Greg Rogers and his wife Danielle, and the late Jeffrey Rogers; cherished grandmother of Henry, Caroline, Quinn, and Teaghan; beloved daughter of the late Wayne and Florence Klatt; dear sister of Lynn Vitilio; loving sister-in-law of Janis Mullenax and her husband Virgil, Jerome Rogers and his wife Amy, and Kenneth Rogers and his wife Joy. She is also survived by her loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014, on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, where a memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Joyce's name to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center, Office of Development, 750 E. Pratt St. Suite 1700, Baltimore, MD 21202.
