Dolores Kelly (nee Dowell) passed away on October 17 th, 2026, at the age of 71. Cherished daughter of Patty Tharp; Beloved wife of the late Edwin Kelly; Devoted mother of Marissa Kelly (Kimberly) and the late John Kelly (Jennifer); and Dear sister of Dottie Bortmes, Keith Dowell, and the late Kevin Dowell.
A reception of family and friends will take place at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., located at 610 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air, MD, 21014 on Saturday, November 7 th , 2026, from 1pm to 3pm. With a memorial service to begin at 3pm.
