Mr. Noy married his beloved wife Joan Marie Alpaugh in 1956. They raised their children in the Baltimore area and retired from Becton Dickinson Laboratories in 1993.
Mr. Noy is survived by his two sons: David Noy of Forest Hill, MD and wife Carole, and Pete Noy of Towson, MD and wife Mary; and seven grandchildren: Mark Noy, Lauren Gardner, Sean Noy, Colleen Noy, Sarah Noy, Connor Noy, and Zachary Noy; and one great grandchild: Emilee. Mr. Noy was pre deceased by his wife Joan in 2010.
A memorial service will be held at a date to be determined.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Senator Bob Hooper House (c/o Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation, 520 Upper Chesapeake Dr., Suite 405, Bel Air, MD 21014).
