On August 29, 2014, Edith Klara (née Graber) Carter, she was the beloved wife of the late Durward Carter Jr.; dear daughter of the late Erich Rudolf Paul Graber and Hannalore Wagner Graber; dear mother of Durward Carter of Bel Air, MD and Diana Pike of Colorado Spring, CO; sister of Jutta Bechstein, Dieter and Henry Graber and sister in law of Martha Owens; proud grandmother of Becky and Kody and great grandmother of Dakai and Daejon. She is also survived by her best friend who was like her sister, Mrs. Midge Brakel.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Road ( at Rte 24) on Wednesday from 2 to 5 pm. further visitation will be held at the Beverly Presbyterian Church, 121 East Warren Street, Edgewater Park, New Jersey 08010 on Thursday from 10 to 11 am at which time the funeral service will begin. Internment to follow at the Princeton Memorial Park Cemetery, Robbinsville, New Jersey.
