Elizabeth Marie Steiner, age 87, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. She was the beloved wife of the late Clayton Allen Steiner; devoted mother of Diane Steiner Lutz (Michael); James Allen Steiner (Patricia); David Arthur Steiner (Amy); and Karen Elaine Dolbow (David); dear sister of Irene Johnson; loving grandmother of Jennifer Russell, Steven Steiner, Timothy Dolbow, Zachary Dolbow, Christina Steiner, Meghan Dolbow, great grandmother of Ashlyn Russell, Charlotte Steiner, Mason Steiner, Bowie Steiner and Amelia Dolbow.
Elizabeth spent 59 glorious years married to her beloved husband, Clayton, where they spent most of their time traveling the world. They also enjoyed traveling all over the country in their cherished RV. She was an active member of the NCT (National Camping Travelers). Elizabeth and her husband were also snow birds where they would travel to Florida every winter to escape the cold. Elizabeth also attended business school for some time where she became a bookkeeper. In addition to traveling, Elizabeth had many other passions which included singing in her church choir. She also loved bowling in her spare time as well as sewing her own clothes. Elizabeth was a member of the Red Hat Society as well a devoted member of Daytimers at her beloved church. Elizabeth also was the past president of the Har-Ce Forest TCL of Lebanon local #142. Elizabeth had many passions and achievements in her life, but her greatest accomplishment was her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W Macphail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 from 3pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm. Private funeral services will be held at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1515 Emmorton Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014.
