Eugene Rhodes Singley, 80, of Seminole, Florida, formerly of Baltimore, MD, passed away Saturday, March 18. He is survived by Emily, his wife of 57 years; daughter, Terry Reisler; her husband, Lee; son, Michael; his wife, Ilana; and grandchildren, Elyssia, Jack, Savannah, & Summer, & great grandson, Louis; sister, Ann Garton.
