Beloved wife and devoted mother and sister, Frances Mary (Westerman) Karczeski passed away on October 27, 2026 after a courageous battle with cancer. She had a gift for turning strangers into friends and this along with her generous heart, compassion and nurturing nature will fondly be remembered. She loved spending time with her husband at the beach, relaxing and riding their bikes down the boardwalk. She also enjoyed gardening, walking around the neighborhood and talking to friends and family. Frances is survived by her loving husband Daniel Joseph Karczeski; her children Christopher Karczeski and Mindy DaValle, her grandchildren Gavin and Gabriel and her siblings Charles Westerman, Barbara Wright, and George Westerman. She will be tremendously missed by all she left behind.
A memorial service will be held at St. Mark Roman Catholic Church 2407 Laurel Brook Rd, Fallston, MD 21047 on Saturday, November 7th at 11am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer society.
