Frank Dominic "Thomas" Frasca, age 75, of Forest Hill, Maryland passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Frank was born September 24, 1946 in Baltimore, MD; beloved father of Dawn Hebding and her husband Greg and Michael Frasca and his fiance Stephanie Ayers; loving grandfather of Keith and Ashley Testerman and Bryan Hebding; cherished great-grandfather of Maven and Niko Aicher; dear brother of Steven Frasca and his wife Debbie and Pauline Faulhaber and her husband Ed. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends. Frank was a Veteran of the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He worked at the Port of Baltimore for 30 plus years, starting as a Longshoreman and moving to Dispatcher before retirement. Frank had the biggest heart and was very generous, he would even give his last dollar in his pocket to someone in need.
A visitation for Frank will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014 and also Saturday, November 6, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, where a service will begin at 10:30 AM. Interment Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, 7401 German Hill Rd., Dundalk, MD 21222.
