A Celebration of the Life of Frank Paolucci …
Frank was 73 when we lost him to a sudden heart attack. And while losing him so quickly has been a shock to all of us, he lived the years he was given. Frank was a man of deep focus, incredible skill, and true passion. If Frank was going to do something, he did it right—and he did it down to the very last detail.
Growing up, Frank excelled in high school soccer and went on to stand out in competitive club league play. 
That same precision is what made him so successful in his career. Frank worked as an electrical designer for more than 30 years. He truly loved the complexity of his work. If you ever made the mistake—or had the privilege—of asking Frank what he was working on, you had better grab a chair. You weren't getting a quick summary. Frank would take you through every single piece, every wire, and every intricate detail of the blueprint. He wanted you to see the beauty in the design just like he did.
For our family, that talent was personal. Frank designed all of the lighting in our home in Howard County back in 1985. 
But as much as he loved design, Frank’s true sanctuary was out on the water. His absolute passion was bass fishing at Loch Raven. He didn't just buy a boat and go out on the weekends; he practically built his bass boat himself. He customized it, tweaked it, and outfitted it with every single feature imaginable just to make fishing enjoyable. When Frank was out there on Loch Raven with a fishing buddy, surrounded by the quiet of the morning in a boat he perfected with his own hands, he was completely at peace.
Frank lived a life of dedication, passion, and meticulous care. He left his mark on the soccer field, in our homes, and on the water. Though his heart ultimately grew tired, the love he shared and the bright light he brought into our world will never fade.
Rest in peace, Frank. Love you and will  miss you brother. Tony

I worked with Frank for many years while he was at AECOM. Frank was a pleasure to work with, and we shared our Italian heritage, which strengthened our friendship. Frank was definitely our expert in electrical, security, and fire system design. I learned a lot from him. Rarely would anyone challenge his judgment, and if you did, you'd lose the argument. Believe me, I tried a few times. Frank also had a great sense of humor, and as has been said, he would tell you like it was, whether you liked it or not, to colleagues and clients alike. He was highly respected for that. I only wish he had been able to enjoy a longer retirement. He was a good soul. My prayers go out to the Paolucci family. Rest in peace, Frank.

I am so sorry. There's not much to say during times like this. Frank and Gary are out fishing right now at loch raven. Frank was a funny guy and that's how I will remember him.

To  Frank's wife, his sweet mom, his brothers, the entire family and circle of friends - I am sending you all my deepest love and condolenses. Growing up in the neighborhood, together created a bond that time never changed, and I am so grateful we always stayed connected.  I am so deeply sorry that a string of rescheduled appointments from the Nor'ester keeps me from being there with you today  Please know my heart is entirely with you. Frank, I love ya buddy. Give Gary a massive hug for me when you get to heaven. You will be missed beyond words.

I had been colleague and friend with Frank at AECOM/URS for 20 years.  He was a great mentor and guide. Very much enjoyed his sense of humor. And talking about his boat and fishing hobby. Will miss him. May God give him a restful place.

I worked with Frank at URS/AECOM  for over 10 years, and in that time I felt blessed to get to know Frank personally. I always appreciated his ability to speak his mind and be a great source of humor. In 2020 Frank shared this big fish photo with me, and it reminds me of the things that truly made him smile; family, friends and fishing. He will always remain more than a colleague, he was a dear friend in my heart. God bless all.

Never has someone been more insightful and willing to share his experience with a young struggling man from the inner city! Frank will remain one of those who I will always remember for providing structure.  My prayers and thoughts with the family as you work through this difficult time.

So Sorry to hear about the passing of Frank, he and I worked together at URS/AECOM for 15+ Years. Over the years we talked about Football and many of those times about Italy and England especially around the World Cup. We also talked about fishing especially out on Loch Raven and many other things in between. We had many laughs during those years, and I will always remember Frank's directness. and the laughs we shared.

Prayers for you and your family Frank! You were such a great guy! I will remember many times we shared at the Latin Casino and Ocean City. We shared many laughs and good times. Prayers for you and your family! RIP my brother!
