Willoughby on March 11, 2014 Frank J. born in Baltimore, Md.; He was the beloved husband to Mary V. Willoughby of 45years; devoted father of Renee Dieter, Deborah Driscoll, Linda Cornell, Patricia Vaughan and Yvonne Shafer, dear brother of John Willoughby of Georgia, Nancy Long of Pennsylvania, Susan Sigel of Washington State, Patricia Fortney of Maryland and the late Thomas Willoughby. Also survived by thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Frank was a long time member of a musical group called the Del Rays and worked at T&M Construction.
