On January 13, 2022 Gerard A. Kurek passed away. He was the beloved husband of Mary Ann Kurek (nee Chaildin); devoted father of Scott A. Kurek, and Kevin R. Kurek and his fiancée Jessica Sommerson; cherished grandfather of Ayden; dear brother of the late Roman Kurek and his wife Angela, and Joseph Kurek and his wife Lea; loving brother-in-law of Evelyn Raiber, Thomas Raiber and his wife Susan, Rebec Raiber, and Donna Galiano. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014, on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
