Hannah Marjon Ghassemi, born on October 25, 1992, passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 33. She was a resident of Edgewood, Maryland. Loving girlfriend of 10 plus years to Zach Trees, and devoted fur-mom to Jax; dear sister of Jordan Hayden, niece of Linda and Stanley Greenfield, and her foster family Susan, Carl, Kim, Blair and Brenda. Also survived by many other loving family and friends.
