On August 3, 2015 Hazel Loretta Buckingham, beloved wife of the late John Buckingham; devoted mother of John, Jr and his wife Angel, Sandy, Liz and her husband Linsey, Tracey and Fran. She is also survived by numerous loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
