Herbert Franklin Parks, aged 86, passed away on November 9, 2025. Born on October 2, 1939. He was the beloved husband of Carole Anne Parks; devoted father of Donna Richardson, Karen Rizwan and her husband Jani, the late Deborah Hall, and the late Cathy Settle; loving grandfather of Chris Lecaroz Parks, Sarah Wilson, Brendan Richardson, Cassie Avgerinos, Kelsey Wolodkin, Ainslea Settle, Carlin Settle, Ostin Settle, Joshua Gardner, Kristin Brenner, Ashley Witt, Tyler Dandy, Rebecca Calabrese; also survived and cherished by many great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., located at 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD, 21014, on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
A funeral service will take place at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 am. The entombment will be in Highview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 3433 Fallston Rd, Fallston, MD 21047.
