Irvin "Ed" Royer Lippy

On June 27, 2015, Irvin "Ed" R. Lippy, beloved husband of Joan A. Lippy (nee McGreevy); devoted father of Michael Lippy and his wife Donna, Deborah Differ and her husband William, Lester Lippy and his wife Dorothy, Teresa Long and her husband Lawrence, Brian Lippy, Charmayne Sturla and her husband Anthony, and the late Edward Lippy; dear brother of Connie Rigler, and Lester Lippy and his wife Lisa; loving grandfather of 15 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Ed was the past president of the Fallston Senior Council, an active member of the Dundalk Moose, and held office at the Penn Central Employees Association #5. He worked as a Conductor for Amtrak for 40 years before retiring, he belonged to the Keystone Masonic Organization, and was a 32nd degree Mason at the Corinthian Lodge #3.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W. MacPhail Road on Tuesday from 3-6 pm, and Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10 am at St. Marks Catholic Church (Fallston). Interment Highview Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his name to the Shriners Hospital for Children, 3351 N. Broad Street Philadelphia, PA 19140.
