Payne, Jr. he was the beloved husband of Effie Payne; devoted father of Nicholas, Jacob, and Ava Payne; son of James and Patti Payne; brother of Jason and Megan Payne; son-in-law of John and Dorothy Avgerinos; brother-in-law Diane Landis, Michael, George and Stamati Avgerinos; also survived by other relatives and friends.
