Jeremiah Matthew Wright was born on November 16, 1986 in Baltimore, MD and passed away on November 28, 2018. He was the loving son of Laura and Dana Wright, adored brother of Sarah, Rachel and Gabrielle Wright, devoted Grandson of Betty Loizeaux, caring nephew and cousin to the Kooker, Brest and Wright families. He spoiled each of his family members with his kind heart. At the age of 9, Jeremiah was pushing his two younger sisters on the swing, while his mom and baby sister Sarah watched. There was mud on the ground. When it was time for Rachel and Gabrielle to stop swinging, Jeremiah made them wait. He took his shirt off and put it on the ground, covering the mud. His mom said “Baby, what are you doing?” and he said “Momma, I don’t want their feet to get muddy.” Jeremiah was our light, our warmth, our rock. His love had the ability to lift you up when you were down. His smile brightened every room, his laugh was contagious and his presence alone provided comfort to those around him. Jeremiah was a man that worked hard, helped others, and gave the best hugs. He would do anything for any one and never expected anything in return. It was an honor to know him. He was and will remain the sweetest soul this universe has ever known. Jeremiah Matthew Wright was one of a kind, and he will be missed every moment of every day.

Mr Dana and Ms Laura, I am so, so sorry for your immeasurable loss. So many of my childhood memories were made on Daisy Lane. Jeremiah was gentle, kind, and hilarious. I can’t watch Multiplicity without hearing him say “Steve. Steve. A chainsaw?” Although I have been gone for about 10 yrs now, the last time I saw J was like the first-huge hug, quick catch up, promise to keep in touch. I wish we had been in touch more and I hope that you all know how much he was loved by all of his friends. We’ll gladly send a donation for his charities as a token of gratitude for all the happy times we all shared. All my love, Liz Seabolt (Burger)

Jeremiah was the most welcoming and kind man that I have had the privilege to have in my life. I am beyond greatful for the 11 plus years that I got to spend with him. He welcomed me into the family first as Laura's boyfriend and then husband and always treated me as part of the family. He was the best step son and friend that I could possibly ask for and will always cherish the memories I have from the first time we met to the last time we said goodbye. I will miss him greatly and work hard to have his beautiful spirit live on forever. Thank you Jeremiah and know that I will do everything I can to take care of your mom the way that you showed me how it should be done. I love you.

Jeremiah just finished a pipeline project for me, Although I didn’t get to spend much time with him the time we spent together I’ll remember for eternity. There’s only a handful of times in life you meet someone that and impacts you in ways that provoke memories for a lifetime, and meeting Jeremiah definitely is one I’ll hold close. It was great to have someone like you to work with thank you for your time and hard work the line won’t be the same without you!!! Dig em straight and lay em right ole son!!!

The Kutchers - We are so heartbroken. I'll always remember the first time I met Jeremiah. Dana and I were golfing about 10 or 12 years ago and Jeremiah was working that day on the course. When Dana and I saw him at one of the greens and we got ready to drive off to the next hole, Dana and Jeremiah both both told each other (as grown men) the they loved each other. That really stuck with me. It a was truly special bond Dana and Jeremiah had, and that was an experience that inspired me later that day to start a variation of that ritual with my son Steven who was still pretty young at the time, and which we do to this day. In that small way, Jeremiah's love for his family will live on. We are devastated for your loss and for all of ours. Jeremiah was a great great person. May he get the rest he needed that fateful night. Hang in there Dana and family as best you can. We are all here for you. - John, Sue, Tim, Steven, Joe

The Burmans - the best neighbors! Laura, Jeremiah was the first baby I EVER babysat. So many wonderful memories growing up. Laura and Darby helpped Mom out whenever she needed. Phil and Mom went thru the tragedy with Craig when he was 31 in a motorcycle accident. Not sure anyone wants to here that time will help.......but keep memories alive. LOVE Lynn and Amy Clayton (LeJeune)
