Joan Marie Devoe, age 77, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on Thursday, August 7, 2025. Joan is the beloved wife of Russell G. Devoe; devoted mother of Daniel Devoe and wife Claudia and Brandon Devoe and wife Sedi; loving grandmother of Christopher Devoe, Brian Devoe, Arabella Devoe, Farah Devoe, and Aleyna Devoe; dear sister of Richard Huebler, William Huebler, and Nancy Chippendale.
A Celebration of Life for Joan will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 12 Noon - 4:00 p.m. at Hopkins Farm Brewery, 3833 Rider Lane, Havre de Grace MD 21078.
