On November 7, 2016, Joseph Francis Mazzeo passed away. He proudly served on the Army for 30 years and retired from the National Guard, he was “everybody’s friend” and the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Dale (Ruppel) Mazzeo; cherished father of Joseph M. Mazzeo (Lynn), Michael Mazzeo (Teresa) and Lisa Moss; devoted brother of Mary T. Silva of Monroe, New York; grandfather of Cynthia, Nicholas, Kaleb, Nicole, Ashlynn and Alex; he is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Rd. (at Rte. 24) on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 3 to 7 pm where a funeral service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 10:00 am with interment to follow at the Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
