Lucille Joann Jeannetta

Lucille was larger than life and truly the life of every party. Her warmth, laughter, and vibrant spirit filled every room she entered, and she had a remarkable gift for making people feel welcomed, loved, and valued.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Xavier "Moe" Jeannetta, the love of her life. Together they built a beautiful family that Lucille adored and loved unconditionally. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Lucille was kind, caring, and always there for anyone in need of a shoulder to lean on or a listening ear. Her compassion and generosity touched countless lives, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

She loved to sing and dance, and some of our favorite memories were enjoyed watching her do her favorite dance, the Twist and singing her version of the "Mailman Song".Her joyful spirit, infectious smile, and love of celebration created memories that her family and friends will cherish forever.

Lucille's legacy is one of love, laughter, family, and friendship. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her three sons, Albert, Thomas and Nicholas; her daughter--in-laws Cindy and Michelle. Lucille was also very proud of her five grandchildren, Brent, Kira, Josh, Steven and Kayla along with her great-grandchildren, Nathan, Kaylee, Natalia, Claire, Joey, Beckham, Bennett and Maura.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her sisters and brother, Mary, Christine, Rita, and Anthony.

Friends and family may gather for a funeral mass held at St. Joseph's Catholic Church located at 8420 Belair Road, Nottingham, MD 21236 on Friday, July 10th, 2026 at 10 am.
