Mary Jo Maerz

On March 11, 2018, Mary Jo Maerz (nee Gummer); beloved wife of John J. Maerz, Sr. for 66 years; devoted mother of John J, Jr. and his wife Wendy, Barbara Anne Maerz, Robert F. Maerz and his wife Jeanne, and the late Michael G. Maerz and his surviving wife Cheryl; cherished grandmother of Kelly Anne Pattison and her husband Chris, John J., III and his wife Mandy, Michael J., and Matthew J. Maerz; dear great-grandmother of Brady and Brycen Maerz; loving sister of Alice Conklin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air, on Wednesday and Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday at 10 am at St. Marks Catholic Church, Fallston, MD. Interment Bel Air Memorial Gardens.
