Neil Curtis Waugh

He was the loving son of Connie (Rakes) Cooper and Roy Waugh Jr. both of Aberdeen MD.

Neil was a devoted father of 2 children, Emily Waugh and Kyrin Waugh.

He has 3 brothers, Daniel Waugh of Aberdeen MD, Adam Cooper of Edgewood MD and Travis Walker of Aberdeen MD.

Neil's loving grandparents are: Anne Nelson of Perryville MD, and late William (Bill) Rakes of Salisbury MD. Roy Waugh Sr. of Darlington MD and late Mary R. Brousseau.

Neil is also survived by loving aunts and uncles: Sandi Wilson of Perryville MD, Sandi and Wayne Johnson of Aberdeen MD, Myrna (Waugh) Casey of Havre de Grace MD, and Allen Rakes of Havre de Grace MD;

his nieces and nephews Damien Waugh of Aberdeen MD, Adrianne Waugh of Rising Sun MD, and Emery Larkin Cooper of Aberdeen MD.

A Memorial Gathering and Service for Neil, will be held at Carson's Run Baptist Church - Fellowship Hall, 3524 Churchville Rd., Aberdeen MD 21001, on Saturday, July 1, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
