Born on August 22, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland, he was a graduate of Baltimore City College and the University of Baltimore. He is survived by his loving wife, Ingrid, two daughters, Kimberly Delich of Baltimore and Stacey Delich-Gould of Port Washington, New York, son-in-law, Adam Gould, and two grandsons, Noah and Zachary Gould.
He was predeceased by his parents, Nicholas and Mary, and sisters, Helen and Mildred.
