On January 31, 2018 Norma Marie Culver, beloved wife of the late Walter E. Culver, Jr., loving mother of Eugena Culver; dear sister of Rita Conrad and the late Frederick Conrad; she is also survived by her faithful westie Joey and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. She cared for and adopted many rescue dogs in her lifetime. In lieu of flowers, please consider a small donation to your local animal shelter.
