Patriicia, the thing that comes to mind when I think of you is your smile. You were always so happy to see the family, as we were happy to see you. I will miss your smile.

On August 27th I got the worse news of my life. You will never be forgotten. You were a wonderful mother,daughter, wife and most of all the best friend anyone could ever have. It's always a challenge to perform the same tasks over and over again each day with the same enthusiasm and dedication. But "practice makes perfect," which meant fewer "sticks", less pain, less fear, and a better experience for each patient whose life was touched by Patricia through her work. Her proficiency allowed her to "let her light shine" for others and that, Vince and Nick, can't be taught in phlebotomy classes. The Upper Chesapeake Health family joins you in your grief and gradual healing.

Nick, we are thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.  We are here for you if you need anything.

I remember when we were kids playing games or watching scary movies together.  I looked up to you as the older, cooler cousin and we had a great time together.  I will miss you.

I this whole thing is so surreal to me...I just can't understnad it. We were suppose to see eac other today...for Carter's birthday since you were going to be unable to make his party. I told Grandma when I talked to her about arranging plans to see you that we miss you and love you and Grandma and looked forward to seeing you both. Grandma said she told you. I will cherish all the memories we have and Carter will always know who his Godmother is and we will keep your memory alive! Thank you for his gift, I know you were there watching him yesterday. You can now see him everyday:-) This past month was very busy, the kids were sick, it was so hot some days to even walk out the door, our schedules were busy between so many things and we had finally made plans..I am so distraught over this I wish I would have seen you, I know you would say It's ok and you understand, that's why you are such a great person but it still breaks my heart... I never imagined in a million years God would take you so soon. The only peace I am holding on to is knowing you are with Grandpa<3 I know you had so many loved ones greeting you in heaven. I love you, RIP.

My Dear Aunt Patricia, 

I can't believe I am writing this today, we were suppose to meet for a fun day:-( We were suppose to get together today for Carter's bday since you were going to be in Florida for his party. Yesterday when he opened his gift I know you were with him, he loves it! Carter will always know his Godmother and will know every memory you have shared with him. This summer was busy, the kids were sick, and it was so hot; therfore we didnt see each other that much and I was so looking forward to today to spend time together, we always had a good time and Carter loved playing with you! It breaks my heart to know it won't happen today. I am so upset that I didn't get the kids to see you sooner! I can't express it enough. I love you so much and I am so thankful for the memories we do have together! Rest in peace, I know you are having a ball with Grandpa up there<3

We were so shocked and saddened  to hear of Patricia's passing.  She will be missed by so many.  We want to extend our sympathy to her family-know that she is in our thoughts and prayers.

Patty, thank you for all the good times we had. Every time I think of our times together I still just shake my head and have to smile. You did a wonderful job as a mom and your boys will always share the love and humor you have instilled in them. When I first met Patricia it was like we had known each other all our lives!  We were instantly friends!  I know today Patricia will be making millions of new friends in heaven and I look forward to the day we can reunite in Gods' heavenly home.  My thoughts and prayers are with her family. There a no words to ease the loss of a loved one. My heart is breaking for Patricia's loss, for the life she will miss and her family missing her already. All I can do now is pray that the family is granted the strength they will need to get through each day. To a dear friend whom I met with our boys being in kindergarten together and have known since. You shared many good and bad times with me and my family and I with yours, yet somehow we lost each other these past few years.
