Paul Norman Menear

Menear, Paul Norman, age 84, died on March 11, 2014, after an illness of 5 months. He was predeceased by his brother, Walter F. Menear, Jr. and both parents, Susan and Walter Menear, Sr. He was married for 64 years to Kathryn Cavanaugh Menear. He will be greatly missed by his loving family, Richard Paul Menear (Janice Gedden) of Swanton, MD, Margaret Susan Peggy Sue Menear (Robert Dugan) of Pensacola, FL, and William Charles Menear (Janette) of Wigtown, Scotland, UK. Also, 5 grandchildren Leanne and James Wrightson and Lauren Woods of Scotland, Ian Menear (Shelly) of Accident, MD, and Jessica Byrne (Kevin) of Golden, CO, two great-grandsons, Dominic Menear and Kelsey Byrne.

After Norman's retirement from Bethlehem Steel in 1985, he spent his time traveling with Kathryn, enjoying family and friends, building furniture, and enjoying the Orioles and Ravens. He will be missed by all who knew him but the best of him will live on in his children and grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air MD 21014 on Friday from 3-5 and 7-9 PM. Interment Private.
