Paul Raymond Simmons passed on May 4, 2026, at the age of 69, having been born on January 19, 1957 in Pennsylvania, and resided in Bel Air, Maryland. He was the beloved husband of Joan Simmons; devoted father of Brian Simmons(Malory), Kevin Simmons (Jackie), Jonathan Simmons (Mikayla); dear brother of David Simmons (Janet), Jeanne Henry (Ron), Carole DeCart (Mike), Gerald Simmons (Cindy); loving grandfather of Ryleigh Simmons, Brady Simmons, Jaxon Simmons, Callie Simmons, Shiloh Simmons; also survived by a large loving extended family, many special friends, and coworkers that Paul cherished.
A Celebration of Life Open House will be held Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 2-6PM at Equestrian Center Heavenly Waters Park, Harford County Parks & Recreation, 608 N. Tollgate Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014, Main Pavilion. ~ Casual Attire~
