On November 26, 2018, Ralph C. Garrett, Jr.; beloved husband of the late Dolores M. Garrett; cherished father of William Garrett and his wife Sue, and Ralph Garrett, III and his wife Kathleen, and the late Richard and Donna Garrett; loving father-in-law of Dorothy Garrett; dear grandfather of 5 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren..

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday at 11 am at Schimunek Funeral Home, 610 W. MacPhail Road, Bel Air. Inurnment to follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Ralph's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 1850 York Road Timonium, MD 21093 or the Macular Degeneration Association 5969 Cattleridge Blvd., Suite # 100, Sarasota, FL 34232.
