On January 25, 2014, Richard “Dick” Tolbert, 74 of Fenwick Island, DE formerly of Bel Air. Beloved husband of Nancy Tolbert (nee Blake) and devoted father of Kimberly Chell and husband Randy, Karen Tate and husband Rennie, Tracey Weidner and husband Todd, and Tammy Whiteford and husband John.
Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. He was the only child of Cledus and Lola Tolbert (Deceased).
