Robert Allen Griffin, age 86, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Devoted father of Dawn J. Borowiak (James Huster), Diana J. Preis (Bob Harrison), Robert A. Griffin, Jr. (Dawn Griffin), and the late Deborah L. Fried; loving grandfather of Ryan Borowiak (Katie), Shane Borowiak (Denise), Johnny Preis, Jade Preis, Hannah Lewandowski, Sara Griffin (Corey), Sidney Rowland (Justin), Robert Griffin, III, Rachel Griffin, Deanna Townsley, Philip Fried (Meagan) and Griffin Fried ; great grandfather of Dylan Borowiak, Sophia Townsley, Ayla Fried and Griffin Fried Junior; former husband of Margaret Majka. Also survived by nieces and nephew Mark and Jill Griffin, Donna Barrett (Nick), Ebbie Thompkins (Bob).
A visitation for Robert will be held Saturday, June 29, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014.
Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a future date.
