On October 4, 2025, Robert L. Vestal passed away. He was the beloved husband of Betty H. Vestal (nee Tipton); devoted father of Karen K. Maccubbin, her husband Christopher, and Lisa R. Marshall, her husband Paul; loving grandfather of Kacey Maccubbin, her husband James, Brianna Maccubbin, Holly Vanaskey, her husband Trea; dear brother of Carolyn Wilhelm, and the late Douglas Vestal, Edwin Vestal, Charles Vestal, and Durema Godwin; and many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 3:00 to 5:00 PM and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 11:00 AM, at Bel Air United Methodist Church, 21 Linwood Ave, Bel Air, MD 21014. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Robert’s name to the Bel Air United Methodist Church.
