Scott Alan Ritter Sr., age 67, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2025 after a long illness. Beloved husband of Laurie Ritter; devoted father of Bea Ritter and Scott Ritter, Jr. Preceded in death by his parents William A Ritter, Jr and Anna L Ritter (nee Heim); and his brothers Mark A. Ritter, Sr. and Glenn A. Ritter. Also survived by his brothers-in-law Jet Taylor and wife Suzanne, Donny Taylor; and sister-in-law Linda Taylor Commisso and husband Vince; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A receiving of friends for Scott will be held at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc. 610 W. MacPhil Road Bel Air, MD 21014 on Tuesday, August 5th between 5:00-8:00 PM. The Rite of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Stephen Catholic Church, 8030 Bradshaw Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087 on Wednesday, August 6th at 10:30 AM. Followed by the inurnment at Parkwood Cemetery.
