Shirley Eva Fortman, age 90, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2025. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald Thomas Fortman; devoted mother of Beverly Shandruk and the late Debbie Griffith; dear sister of the late Elizabeth Vizzini, and the late Barbara Bowman; loving grandmother of Michael, Melissa, Tom, and Emily; cherished great grandmother of Everett; also survived by son-in-laws Milt & John, and many nieces & nephews.
A visitation for Shirley will be held Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014. A visitation will be held Monday, August 18, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 AM. The interment will be at Highview Memorial Gardens, 3433 Fallston Rd, Fallston, MD 21047.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
