On November 4, 2014, Terri Lynn Williams passed away. She was the devoted mother of Kristen Ortiz and Nicole West; loving daughter of Thelma Williams and the late Willie Williams; cherished grandmother of Phoenix, Sophia and Julius Ortiz; dear sister of Brenda Williams, Beverly Ward, Al Williams, Patti Connelly, Michelle Ward, Mike Williams, Danny Williams, and the late Bonnie Van Zile.
