I was so sad to hear about Tom’s illness and passing. We had been good friends in high school and as young adults. We lost touch for many years but reunited through Facebook many years ago. He was such a great guy and always made one feel special. I was so happy when he told me he was getting married and thrilled that he had found such happiness. It is hard to believe we will not hear his laughter and experience his kindness again. However, we will hold on to all the wonderful memories. My thoughts and prayers are with Marty and the rest of his family as you go through this difficult time. I truly wish I could have paid my respects in person and been able to give all of you a huge hug.

I met Tom in Bel Air High School after moving up to Fallston from Baltimore City.   We quickly became friends and I could see why people liked being around Tom.  He was that rare individual who made you feel great all the time.  His smile, laughter, and all around personality made it hard to not to like him.  Tom and I worked together for years.  First as life guards at the Fallston Swim Club and later at Saco Supply in Timonium.  Our different careers manage to drift us apart but on occasion would see each other at a softball game or other occasion.  It was like we were never apart.  Very sad to hear of his passing.  A true friend that I will greatly miss.

I've known Tommy since we were teenagers.  It didn't matter if you knew him for 40 years or 4 months, you knew the friendship, that smile, and the integrity that went with calling him your friend.  I remember those softball games at Fallston...….and many other memories that I am lucky to have shared in his life. Even though it has been a few years since we last ran in to each other, I am grateful to have always called him my friend.   Heaven is shining even brighter now.

I truly thank God I had the privilege to work 5 years for Tom Master.  He was the BEST boss anyone could have.

Even though I haven't seen Tom for decades, he still fills a big part of my memory. I will never forget all those years of junior high, high school, and college, and the wonderful times with Tom and so many other friends from those days. He always offered a smile, good cheer, and warm words. Just as he loomed large for me, I have no doubt that he loomed large for countless others during the years since.  My deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends who have had the good fortune to be close to such a good soul. 

A truly great friend..... Apparently there must be a big softball game coming up soon in Heaven and the Lord needed a Starting Pitcher, RIP Tom...

every single time I was in Tom's company, we struck up a conversation ...it was like we'd known each other for a thousand years, yet, we hadn't...he was that kind of a guy...easy to talk with...such a tragic loss on the part of his family is hard to fathom...sincere condolences to his family and friends.

I played basketball for with Tom in the 80s in a,mens League at Fallston High School then I reintroduced Tom to Susan at Georgetown North.  Tom was a great guy. He will be missed.


.I did not know Tom, but know what a kind man he was  as he raised a wonderful daughter. Kindness  is the gift he left Jorden with. And I hope those left behind will be able to find smiles within his memory.

You left us way too soon. I will always remember you with much love.

I was shocked to hear about Tom's passing. He was an absolutely FINE Gentleman. I was lucky enough to play Softball with Tom for 10 years and even though He was on another Team, He ONLY had kind words for me. I will miss Him popping into Home Depot with that Big Smile that lit up the place.
Sadly I'm leaving for Upstate New York this morning, so I won't be able to pay my respects, but rest assured, He is in my thoughts and prayers, as well as His Family.
Rest In Peace My Friend. When we meet again, have a Tee Time ready.
