Thomas Edward Norris II passed on June 9, 2026, at the age of 77. He was the beloved husband of Jennifer Gayle Norris; devoted father of Alison Howell, Jessica Norris, and Lisa Norris; dear brother of Jeffrey Norris; loving grandfather of Micah Norris, Jalayiah Howell, and Jayde Howell; also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
A Receiving of Friends will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd, Bel Air, MD 21014, US, on June 16, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
