Former Maryland Air National Guard Assistant Adjutant Gen. Victor F. Kilkowski, whose career spanned more than four decades and included flying as a fighter pilot during World War II, passed on Oct. 23, 2015 at his Havre de Grace Home. He was 92.
A memorial service will be held at Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, 615 Congress Ave, Havre De Grace, MD 21078, on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at 11:30 am.
