I worked for Bill in his German Hill Rd. Barbershop and it was an honor and a very big pleasure not only to have worked for him but to have gotten to know him . We had some very treasureable memories in that shop Bill, Gene and I . He was a huge impact on my life , I was proud to call him friend . He cherished his family and life as a whole and I know I will miss him dearly . My sympathy goes out to the Loucas family and their loss , Love to you all .

Daddy you were the best father a daughter could ask for and the best husband a wife could dream of....your memory will live on in the so very many hearts that you have touched, anyone who knew you was truly blessed you were an amazingly kind hearted soft spoken hard working loving man and although I would of loved another 30 years with you by my side I am grateful to have had such a wonderful loving father mentor and best friend by my side for the last 30 year of my life....you will always be in my heart and i will forever miss you....forever and  always your little mouse....love "Iggy"

Family of Bill Loucas, 
I live up the street from the Loucas family, although I mostly saw Bill on my walks, or taking my children around for girlscout cookies, which he always bought, he will surely be missed.  I remember the last time I saw him with his grandson, who he loved dearly, just smiling ear to ear with joy of the precious ilttle boy's hand he held.  God Bless your family at this time.
