On February 2, 2022 William “Bill” Newmeyer passed from this life. He was the beloved husband of Laurie Walker Newmeyer; devoted father of Maria McNally, BJ Newmeyer, Krisi Kelley (Joshua), Jason Zimmerman (Maggie), and Sarah Voisin (Tony Cutillo); cherished grandfather of seven grandchildren; dear brother of J.J. Newmeyer (Paulette), Marian Kohan (Mike), Paul Newmeyer (Marianne), Anne Poncheri (Pete), and Mark Newmeyer (Sonya); loving brother-in-law of Scott Walker (Marsha), and David Walker (Sally); loving nephew of Elizabeth Jean Walker. Bill is preceded in death by his parents and his brother Rick Newmeyer. He is also survived by multiple loving nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at 1:30 PM at Grace Memorial Episcopal Church (Darlington, MD). There are Covid precautions that will be enforced at the church including a mask requirement.
