On April 30, 2012, William Joseph Schmidt passed away. He was the beloved husband of Germaine Schmidt (nee Shortt); beloved father of William Schmidt, III, Steven Schmidt, Jean LaHatte, David Schmidt and Robert Schmidt; dear brother of Francis Schmidt, James Schmidt and the late Mary Velez, Joan Kozel, Elizabeth Schott and Carol Anne Schmidt; he is also survived by 13 loving grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 West MacPhail Road (at Rte 24) on Thursday and Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at the Church of St. Mark, Fallston on Saturday at 10:30 am. Interment to follow at the Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
