Janice K. Winters, age 76, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at University of Kansas Hospice House, Olathe, KS. She was born on August 8, 1949 in Hays, KS, the daughter of Delbert and Lillian (Stieben) Moore. She was a resident of Belton, MO since 2012, having moved from Scott City, KS. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Bill Winters and Roland Winters, her parents and sister, Joni Rolo. Survivors include, brother, Doug & Teresa Moore, sister, Cathy Moore & Dale Lyman, grandson Troy & Megan Hensley, granddaughter Sierra Kennedy, nieces and nephews Michelle Woydziak, Stacy Grate, Willie Rolo, Bobbie Weigel and Randy Maes, great grandchildren Parker, Laura and Wyatt Hensley.
Private family inurnment will be held at a later date at Scott County Cemetery, Scott City, KS.
