I’ll always remember her smiles, her goodwill, and the happiness she spread. A joy of a woman that made her entire family bloom. Phoebe and the Doc loved their three daughters and made them special gifts to this world. I am glad, humbled, and full of gratitude to have known and been able to share a meaningful time of my life close to the family.

We lived across the street from Trotters when I was about 8 years old. When Phoebe & Dr. John had their first baby, they were at Trotters one day & I begged my mom to take me over to see the new baby which we did. Dr. John delivered our first child in 1954. Phoebe was always precious to me. Joan Quick Hill

So sorry for your loss. Phoebe was a lovely person, always smiling and happy. I remember her well when I would go to visit my Aunt Enid and Uncle Elmer McKinley, and their family. She brought joy to a lot of people!

Marsha, Linda, Ida and the rest of the family, I am so sorry for your loss. Phoebe was my Girl Scout leader, Dr. John always our Dr. she was always willing to help do things in town. She and mother worked together at the court. It was always fun to go into the office to see them. My prayers are to all of you through this difficult time.
