Steve and I got off to a bad start as a codes officer and Harrisonville resident..But when I met him on my turf (in the hospital at Cass Regional) I met a different Steve.  May you all find comfort in your memories and may God let you find peace and comfort in your time of need.

So very sorry for your loss.  Steve and I were partners at Belton Fire (decades ago).  We worked together long enough to know how to "punch one another's buttons" and make each other laugh.  We walked through fire together.  I still think of him and interesting times we had.  He'll be remembered by more than just your family.  Steve had a true impact on a lot of people's lives.  RIP.
