Alfonso J. Gentile, 91 of Crystal River, Florida died on Monday, April 28, 2014. He was born on Tuesday, October 31, 1922 in Springfield, Massachusetts to Antonio and Rosa (Mango) Gentile. Alfonso served in the U.S. Army from 1943-1946 and also, worked for the Pentagon until his retirement in 1974.
Alfonso was preceded in death by his loving wife, Dorothy E. Gentile. They were members of the Hernando United Methodist Church.
