What a special lady we have lost. It was truly a blessing having known her and Charles and spending the quality time we all cherished with them, my heart goes out to Charles JV and families, and I will remain thankful that the Bowmans and our families know Jehovah's promises for no more pain no more sickness, that is a promise that we continue to hold dearly...

I don't even know where to begin. My heart is aching for this huge loss we are all enduring. Billie Ruth was not only a very close friend of our family's for many many years, she was also a dear Aunt to my brother, sister and myself. She's always been apart of our life and I'm very grateful we were apart of her's for so long. We will hold our memories a little tighter now and try to reflect on them in the days ahead as we all grief her loss. We love the Bowman's so much and send many thoughts and prayers.
